I placed an order with Silkworm Shop for frozen feeder rodents. When they arrived they were really undersized, much smaller than the mice and rats I usually get from them. - I sent an email that morning and by the next day I hadn't received a response. -Sent a Whatsapp and got a response from Kevin. He apologized and blamed his staff for the error, claimed he had been away but would be back the following day to sort this out. - Five days later he still hadn't contacted me so I sent another Whatsapp message. Kevin responded and we agreed that he would send a replacement order and have his courier collect the incorrect order. -Three days later, with no contact from Kevin, I sent a Whatsapp asking when the replacement order would be sent. My message was left unread and Kevin hasn't contacted me since. That was on March 31st, 8 days ago. Now I'm sitting with rats that are too small for my snakes, I had to buy another order of rats from a different online shop. Needless to say I won't be buying from Silkworm Shop again. If they mess up your order they make false promises then ghost you.
