Extremely slow frustrating service

Every claim that is submitted they take long to pay out. You will call and enquire but they will never give you a straight answer. They have no best interest in the beneficiaries whatsoever. It’s now April and they have not even paid school fees. The transport driver is furious because he has not received any money but yet he transports the child They are ********* and unprofessional. This company should close because clearly they don’t have our best interest at heart
