Lack of response. Awful communication
I have been a client for over 5 months and this company deals with loans. I have been calling whatsaaping and emailing this company for a long time. Their service is appaulling.

RAIN is awful
Rain is the worst network you can use. They are lenient with Promise to Pay but their communication is awful. Different people called on my account, today my payment is clear tomorrow its not clear. We have been back and forth for the entire month at my own detriment. Proof of payment was sent for both payments R625 and R224 promise to pay. Till today I am not connected. I have been back and forth with them the entire month to no success with the BOT Leila.. Who today she can see that my payments are cleared ansd then I get a random message saying I must pay again. I have been in denial about RAIN but now, the communication, support and network is not proper. I would not suggest rain to anyone.

Rentoza is not reliable
I have never experienced such horrific and not customer focused company. I purchased a fridge on the 16th Feb 2025 and was told delivery would be the 5th March. I had to follow up with them myself wto find out what is going and yes the story was around suppliers not delivery. I waited for another 5 days of which i asked for a refund and and its 10 days later that I have not received. Worst service ever Shocking.. Beware
