I'm writing this because I've been to their branches over 4 times in the last two months to hand deliver documents they requested for me to withdraw my investment. 4 TIMES. EVERYTIME I submit them I get an SMS the next morning telling me that all I need to do is submit my documents for my request to be processed. EVERYTIME I go back to the branch as soon as I have time and the consultant tells me that my documents are still outstanding. EVERYTIME The consultant cant find the documents that were uploaded the last time and they need me to do it again. Last time I was there I got the same SMS an hour after she had "submitted' the docs and i went back to the branch as i was still in the area and she told me to ignore the SMS. THIS WAS WEEKS AGO!!!!!! NOT A CALL NOT AN EMAIL NOTHING!!!!!! This is my second time attempting to withdraw. I have been trying to withdraw these funds. last year I was given the same run around and i just gave up. what must i do to get my money? please tell me.
I never thought a company could be so ****. Its impressive how *** these guys are its like they are allergic to your money and want to lose you as a customer as soon as possible. I ask to speak to a manager I get flat out ignored. All they ask about is money "when last did you pay" and when you show then you paid and its an unfair disconnection the response times get conveniently slow. Trusting them as your ISP is a major mistake you will regret heavily. I saw the hello peter complaints and allowed my arm to get twisted by the prices. Now I'm paying so much for data on my phone I would have been better off with a Vodacom or vuma. at least they are reliable. Heed my warning, there's a reason why you've never heard of them before its because they are absolute DOG ****!!!!
