"I'm writing this to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from BMW Kempton Park. I am utterly disgusted with the horrible service I receive from BMW Kempton Park, particularly dealing with the Aftersales consultant by the name of Tumi Ramotala. I have been liaising with Tumi while my car is being repaired. I specifically told him to send a claim to my insurance before 13:00 so that the claim could be processed on time, and I repeated this to him several times, but he chooses to ignore my request due to his lack of respect for me or his clients. I cannot even begin to express how mortified I am today after phoning and being transferred from pillar to post, and I eventually spoke to him around 17:15 when he told me I am not getting the car, and at that time I am stuck in the office at Braamfontein having to navigate from my office in Braam with company assets and putting myself at risk of being ****** to catch a Gautrain cos of an *********** man (Tumi) who does not want to do what he gets paid for, him and his manager are were taking me for a ride this afternoon. He actually he partially submitted the claim and partially services the car and gave it to me on the 28th with motor plan paying on time, but today he blatantly refused to give me the car, if this was communicated earlier so that I can make contingency plan. I really want my car at my door tomorrow morning at 8:00 a.m. and will not accept any excuses. And I want this resolved as soon as possible, along with feedback on how you intend to handle the situation and Tumi.
