Bakwena Auto - a pleasure to deal with
I bought a used BMW X5 35d from Fanie and his team from Bakwena Auto in Pretoria. We had a nice negotiation and settled on a price. I paid the amount in full and left with the vehicle. On the way home i encountered a gear-change issue and informed them immediately. We arranged to have the car returned and to be checked. After assessing the problem, they arranged for the vehicle to be taken to a gearbox professional who repaired the gearbox. Bakwena paid for the entire transaction and it was not cheap!!! My car drives beautifully and am extremely happy with my purchase and will recommend Bakwena Auto to all. Well done Fanie and your team!!!

GEARBOX AND DIFF DOCTOR - WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO REPAIR YOUR VEHICLE. THEY DO NOT HONOUR THEIR WARRANTY!!!!! THEIR WORKMANSHIP IS SHOCKING!!!! WE TOOK OUR VEHICLE BACK 4 TIMES AND NOW THEY TELL US THE WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED. OIL STILL LEAKING FROM THE GEARBOX AND DRIVETRAIN LIGHT STILL ILLUMINATED ON THE DASHBOARD. NOT EVEN THE OWNER CARES. HE SIMPLY TELLS US THE WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED AND WE MUST PAY.
