Dear reader , When I saw some of these social media complaints regarding Oceans Private School , after the first term last year , I quickly rushed to take my kids out of the school. In the second term, I enrolled them at another school, and they have been schooling at the other school until the end of 2024 academic year, but then I realized that something is terribly wrong with my kids . The younger one, grade R, was able to read when he was at Oceans, but he couldn't read anymore . My grade 6 learner seemed confused everytime I asked him what he did at school and he was never proud to talk about his school day and what the teacher was teaching them ...I learnt that it was a mistake ...this year am back at Oceans Private School...I have realised that these guys try much much better than what is being said on social media platforms. What did I realize and discover 1. Most people who are writing these messages are just bitter parents that they have failed to pay fees... Please don't recruit us to join you on you can't pay fees . There are government schools for free that you can go to . How do you expect the school to pay the bills and the teachers? It is true teachers will leave of we as parents can't pay the fees and as a parent you can't expect another parent to pay stationery or fees for your child. It's like living your kids at home while you are going to work expecting your neighbors to feed your kids..no way guys .. let's be serious. 2. I also suspect that some of these people writing here are just competitors that are losing their learners to Oceans . So, if you lose business to a competitor, it is painful so we can understand the anger. For example, I went there and asked to talk to the teachers during the consultation day to find out about the qualifications of the teachers, and I was happy . I asked the teachers to show me their qualifications and they showed me themselves and you can literally see that this person knows what they are doing so if we say teachers are an qualified maybe for other classes but I saw the qualifications of 4 teachers just randomly so. That can't be claimed to be pre-arranged . For me, my kids are happy once again and are improving shem. Let's just stop recruiting other people to become enemies of your enemies.
