Complaint Title: Unresolved Issue Logged with CSD – No Communication or Support Complaint Body: I logged a complaint with the Central Supplier Database (CSD) on the 7th of April and received an email confirming that an incident had been logged. However, the incident status was marked as resolved even though my issue was never addressed or resolved. I attempted to follow up by calling CSD today. Unfortunately, my call was answered and then immediately dropped – not once, but twice. This is extremely unprofessional and frustrating, especially given that there has been absolutely no communication or follow-up from CSD’s side since the incident was logged. I am disappointed in the lack of support, transparency, and accountability in dealing with issues affecting users of the CSD system. I expect a response and a proper resolution to my complaint, and I urge CSD to improve its customer service and communication processes.
