Complaint Title: Unresolved Issue Logged with CSD – No Communication or Support Complaint Body: I logged a complaint with the Central Supplier Database (CSD) on the 7th of April and received an email confirming that an incident had been logged
Complaint Title: Unresolved Issue Logged with CSD – No Communication or Support Complaint Body: I logged a complaint with the Central Supplier Database (CSD) on the 7th of April and received an email confirming that an incident had been logged. However, the incident status was marked as resolved even though my issue was never addressed or resolved. I attempted to follow up by calling CSD today. Unfortunately, my call was answered and then immediately dropped – not once, but twice. This is extremely unprofessional and frustrating, especially given that there has been absolutely no communication or follow-up from CSD’s side since the incident was logged. I am disappointed in the lack of support, transparency, and accountability in dealing with issues affecting users of the CSD system. I expect a response and a proper resolution to my complaint, and I urge CSD to improve its customer service and communication processes.

**** RQFs
I honestly have had it with the **** RQFs sent to my emails all thanks to the CSD system. I do not know why the issue is not fixed, i mean you are big organization that can be easily hacked and leak our information. What happened to sense of security surely in this day and age some security measures should be in place.

Verification failed
BANK VERIFICATION I tried to get bank verification with FNB and CSD the info at the bank is the same as per my CSD profile but CSD keeps on saying that bank verification failed (company name ,name and surname identification ) what irritate a person is that they cannot even give you prove that the information is incorrect or show you where the problem is they keep on telling you about Hogan system and the information is correct I don't think the problem is with FNB but the problem is with CSD and now I am loosing business because of this problem. Please assist me

Verification failed

Great experience on CSD site
I needed to update my information on the CSD database but was unsure how to do so. My call was speedily answered, put through to a most helpful person (Perseverance) and done and dusted within 4 minutes! I did submit a review on their site, but it didn't allow for comment. I was most impressed with the speed, professionalism and helpfulness of the person I spoke to. Big ups; well done!

Help with bank verification from FNB for CSD
We as xitimela construction and logistics we have registered with CSD national treasury but our bank verification is still pending from FNB and its been 5 months and I'm losing jobs because of this.

I am very frustrated with CSD, i have been trying to get my bank account verified for the past 2 weeks!!! I call everyone but im not getting help. This is the last week for the department to make payments, You guys are killing the small businesses. I need answers please.

CSD is the most useless government institution. I traveled over 100km so they can sort out my Csd bank verification as the issue is on their side and not the bank. I got there it was closed saying that the employees contracts ended and they are looking to employ. CDS, IS MAKING PEOPLE LOSE MONEY AND BUSINESS.
