I rented a car with Flexclub through these ******* Avis and now they are holding my deposit and they are putting extra charges that I know nothing about. I want my money!!
We hired a car,paid R4000 deposit only got R1200 back no explanation nothing!!!! We washed the car and put full tank but they ****** us our deposit.I want my money
Im so disappointed with Grayhound. I had the worse experience. 1. I bought the ticket with R820!!! 2. The bus was extremely late. We were supposed to get to Richards Bay at 6 but got there at 9. No apologies,no explanation. 3. We got picked up by Eldos,no seat allocation,bags not marked. Its terrible.
I am very frustrated with CSD and FNB. I have been trying to get my bank account verified for the past 2 weeks and now im under pressure this is the last week for the department to make payments. I have been calling the bank and they are not helping me. I sent an email to Hchauke@fnb.co.za but no response. I wish i has chosen a different bank for my business.

The most incompetent company on earth. Their whatsapp number is not working.they cut calls while you are waiting for the call.
I tried calling to submit a claim but I had to hold for the 40 minutes, I went to the branch and the lady said she has submitted the claim but no one has called me to let me know what is going on, I tried calling again I had to hold for 30 minutes no response. I don't know what is going on.
<p>I have a policy with this company and the Debit date we agreed on was the 26th but today i received a notification that a debit order went through when i call the consultant she told me to email the statement i don't know for what because she has all the information on the system. i have no problem with paying for the policy but my problem is that this is not the day we agreed on!!!i had plans for that money i want it and you can take your premium on the 26th not today!if you can't refunde today i want to cancel and i want all my premiums back!</p>
