My wife and I have twice visited this wonderful "new" restaurant. Each time, we have been delighted by the ambience and the amazing food at this gem of a restaurant! If you can, chat with the owner/chef Carla. She embodies the specialness of the offering.
I needed to update my information on the CSD database but was unsure how to do so. My call was speedily answered, put through to a most helpful person (Perseverance) and done and dusted within 4 minutes! I did submit a review on their site, but it didn't allow for comment. I was most impressed with the speed, professionalism and helpfulness of the person I spoke to. Big ups; well done!

My wife and I recently returned to Eagle's Nest Wines for a Cheese platter. We had had a great experience late in 2022. This second visit, however, was not great as the platter price had been escalated and it appeared to be considerably less than the previous occasion. (We were both somewhat hungry after the platter) The Waitron acknowledged that prices had been increased substantially. For that price, we would expect better value.
We have been with Discovery for 15 years or so, and made use of the travel discounts to visit our kids in the UK. The recent demise of Kululu and the establishment of Discovery bank products as a gateway to travel discounts led to an enquiry to compare discounted prices to that which is available on the internet. The insistence that this comparison can only be given after we had procured a bank product is ludicrous. I am astounded at the apathy, inflexibility and seeming indifference towards my query. I have a reference number (8146953) but an yet to be contacted. Definitively not in synch with other department's of Discovery
