Is Rain, not a PAY AS YOU USE???? I have a bill of approximately R1900 and they have given my number to a collecting agency. the last missed payment was in Jun 2022 when I last spoke to the rain agent they opened up access for me which I did not approve and guess what they can't quantify my usage as I had not used the internet. I have asked them to collect their router to this day they have not. I want my account cleared as I did not approve internet access, COLLECT YOUR ROUTER ASAP. Failing which I will be approaching the communication ombudsman!!!!!
I have been trying to get your dispute resolution department for the past week to no avail. I want to log a complaint.
Cell C has disconnected my unemployed sister's number that she has had for 15 years. the reason being she has not recharged in a while. Mind you that number is on her CV as she is looking for job. It's linked to her bank account. CELL C IS ****
CSD is the most useless government institution. I traveled over 100km so they can sort out my Csd bank verification as the issue is on their side and not the bank. I got there it was closed saying that the employees contracts ended and they are looking to employ. CDS, IS MAKING PEOPLE LOSE MONEY AND BUSINESS.
