Great Service and Products
Amazing experience overall! The communication was excellent from start to finish, and the products are absolutely fabulous. All my queries were handled quickly and professionally, which made the whole process so easy. Highly recommend!

Werkie Candidate Experience
Werkie contacted me for an internal position. I went through the entire application process and was invited for an in-person interview. I was informed the CEO would part of the panel, making me excited so shine and present my skills to her. When I got to the interview, the panel only consisted of 2 panel members, without the CEO. My issue with this is it creates an expectation, to hear there was a "crisis to attend to" can come forward as disinterest in the candidate. Secondly, the feedback took very long, and only after multiple follow ups I was informed my application was unsuccessful, which I accepted gracefully. Thirdly, I then got contacted telephonically, now with an verbal offer (no mention of renumeration), again creating an expectation. Once I received the offer it in writing it was significantly less than my current NET salary and my mentioned salary expectation. I felt unheard and let down as my experience and my academic qualifications puts me above what they offered. It also does not help that a majority of their Hello Peter reviews are made by their actual employees! This creates a misinterpretation of the candidate experience Werkie is trying to reflect. Werkie should focus on their candidate experience and transparency in their recruitment practices.
