Bad bad bad
Bad service amd slow responses. I apl**** via their web and did all relevant documents, aenr my cv etc. The position I app**** for, I was told was filles by a more suitable candidate, which I highly doubt as I have 20+ years experience and knowledge. Then January this year I see the same position advertised again. Now, my whole career history is on my cv. Then I receive a phone call asking me what did I do years 2010 to 2013. I responded "surelt all info is on my cv" the lady said well its not on their system. I responded well then someone at your offices did not do their work. Responses are slow, messages via whatsapp get read but no response. Slow to negotiate an interview also. Only response I ever get is "we are waiting for the company" well if it was so urgent as position stated then I dont know. Absolutely terrible service and very unprofessional!

I've had the unbelievably amazing experience dealing with the werkie team! Their time, understanding and constant communication is just unbelievable! I have truly never seen a Company function like this before! If our government had to function the way Werkie does we would be the best Country in the world. These are the friendliest people you would ever have the pleasure of working with. They are so sharp and fast. They get things done. The extent of their efforts is unmatched. Their communication is on a next level, they will make sure you know what is going on and there is no need to wonder about anything. Terrible services!
Terrible terrible services! I tried applying on their website and unfortunately the website never allows me to submit my application - I tried multiple times. I called their offices and they said I can fill in the manual application, which I did. I then sent it through to them and my updated CV and I asked them how everything works and they said if it my application was successful they will get it contact with me. In between that time I sent more applications (manually). Then randomly a few days ago someone contacted me from their offices on WhatsApp and asked if I have completed the assessments and I said "No, I only completed the manual application form" and they just reacted to my message - No response. I then WhatsApp them today, asked what is outstanding etc and they just read it and no response. I decided to call them - The lady I spoke to told me that the applications was never sent to their clients as the assessments was never done! How on earth should I know that their is assessments needed to be done since their webiste doesn't work on my side and they never never told me or sent anything to me! It's been over a month since I sent applications and now I find out that it wasn't even sent to the employers! How useless! The lady said she will send me an email with the assessments - Have a received it? Obviously not! It is over 5 hours ago. I sent the two numbers I have of them WhatsApps again and still no response. I'm done trying with these people! Useless services! They don't know what they are doing.

Poor agency
I think you have poor service. I tried to apply for a position previously and weeks later someone got in contact with me asking if someone has been in contact. I also tried to apply for a position and now I must do assesments etc which is bull. Everything I can or cant do is on my cv, rather give me a call and chat with me about the position. Not interested in typing tests or what ever it is made up of. Im not holding my breath for a work possibility through Werkie.

Ecouraging ,Supportive and Amazing People.
App**** and was contacted by Amazing friendly people. They guided and did followups on the paperwork as well as tests. They are patient and understanding also very encouraging. I feel like buying them a Pizza as well as this review as to how they handled and communicated through phonecalls and whatsapp.
