Bad bad bad
Bad service amd slow responses. I apl**** via their web and did all relevant documents, aenr my cv etc. The position I app**** for, I was told was filles by a more suitable candidate, which I highly doubt as I have 20+ years experience and knowledge. Then January this year I see the same position advertised again. Now, my whole career history is on my cv. Then I receive a phone call asking me what did I do years 2010 to 2013. I responded "surelt all info is on my cv" the lady said well its not on their system. I responded well then someone at your offices did not do their work. Responses are slow, messages via whatsapp get read but no response. Slow to negotiate an interview also. Only response I ever get is "we are waiting for the company" well if it was so urgent as position stated then I dont know. Absolutely terrible service and very unprofessional!

Poor service
Good day, jist an updtae since my last review and endless questions and efforts woth regards to updating my credit status. Since May 2025 up untill now, nothing has been done. All the relevant information was sent, from myself as well as the Debt Rescue company. Someone in your credit department captured incorrect details. Is it so difficult to rectify? Is it an imossible task to complete? Just yesterday I app**** for a loan via the app and I receive the same answer.. "our system indicates that you are under debt administration" nonsense! Either fix your system or have people that actually do their work. Useless service

Debt Rescue Kempton Park poor service
Hi, this company Debt Rescue is the worst. I was under udmanistration years ago, all clear and fine. However to habe the credit status updated is an issue. I have sent a mail from Capitec requesting an updated clearance certificate with the correct NCR number. This has been dragging for about two months now. They dont respond to emails, when they do it might be a week later. I spoke to this lady named Zinhle, still no response. Only says the matter has been escalated to manager. I asked for the managers contact details about two weeks ago, just no response. It is not a complicated matter to sort out and its causing complications as I cannot apply for any credit whatsoever. Debt Rescue Kempton Park take note of your poor service

Hi, some years agi I did face financial difficulty and opted for debt administration. All well and everything paid up. In the meantime I worked out of country and recently returned home. I phoned and was told to send my debt clearence certificates, which I did, received a ref number and all that. Waited a while and enquired again and was told its under investigation. I went to two seperate branches, at one branch I was told to phine the customer care line, the other branch at least scanned the documents and that is where it ended. I have sent many an email and receive the same useless response.. we are investigating and an agent will call you soon. Well its been about three months now and no damn agent has phoned nor has my credit status been updated. I AM NOT UNDER DEBT ADMINISTRATION. I need to apply for a loan as well credit card but due to your useless service I cannot.
