On the 23rd of March, I was overcharged at the Machado Toll Plaza. I was supposed to pay a fee for a light vehicle: R122 but I was charged R704. I used my credit card to make the payment and I did not notice the overcharge. A few days later while going through my credit car statement, I noticed the overcharge. I called TRACN4 to request for a refund but I was told to white an email to helpdesk@tracn4.co.za. I did that on the 1st of April. My email was forwarded by MFrade@tracn4.co.za to other officials to assist me on the 2nd of April. Since then, it is almost two weeks now and there has been no commination, no one has responded to M Frade's email. I am in the dark and seriously need my refund.
