Tenant abuse

1. We have photographic proof that the agent entered my home when I wasn't there. He ignores any questions on this and is pretending it didn't happen. 2. He doesn't understand his own contract and attempted to force me to pay for a month's rent after I moved out. 3. He ignores emails and simply doesn't speak to tenants. When I visited the business I could see him hiding in his office letting the young ladies deal with me instead like a ***ard. 4. They're holding back part of my deposit with no proof of where the money went or how it was spent. 5. They do not assist when there is an issue at the property, we ended up having to speak to the landlord directly who hadn't been informed of the issues. 6. Empire sent tenants my personal phone number so I could show the property. He didn't even show up for showings when sending strangers to my home. They treat tenants like dirt.
