I’ve had a terrible experience with 1st For Women. It’s been almost 4 months since my car was taken for repairs. Last month I was informed that my car has issues with the suspension, which it never had when I took it for repairs, and 1st For women refused to pay because apparently the damages are not related to the accident for the claim I had lodged. I had to lodge a separate claim through their app on 30 May 2025 and today when I make a follow up, I was informed that the claim does not reflect on their system yet the app gave me a claim ref number. I was told by 1st for Women to lodge the claim on the app yet it’s very useless. I am so frustrated and wouldn’t recommend 1st For Women to anyone. I pay high premiums for nonsense.

I’ve received a very bad service from 1st For Women. They referred me to a repair centre, Renew-it Greenstone, that was not BMW approved and 3 weeks later moved my car Sandton Arc for repairs. It’s been two months now and I still don’t have a car. I am totally disgruntled with their service and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
