I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the poor customer service I have experienced regarding my recent order (Order Number: [insert order number]) placed on March 3rd, 2025. On March 7th, I received a call informing me that my order was being canceled due to a lack of stock. While I understand that inventory issues can arise, I was disappointed that I was not notified sooner. Following this, on March 19th, I provided my bank details to facilitate the processing of my refund. However, as of today, April 11th, 2025, I have yet to receive my refund. Despite my multiple attempts to resolve this issue through both emails and phone calls, I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution. This lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable and has caused me considerable frustration.
