They sell things they don't have and when i send them messages to cancel my order they don't want to cancel is week number 3 now 🚮

The online store seems not care. I have an order more than the month not delivered. No communication and I had to call and be placed on hold to collect my order number and contact details. I had to do this drill for more than 4 times on different days. Quite clearly I won’t be making anymore purchases online.

Never again. For 30 days still not received my order, response or tracking number.shesha has failed me. I was a loyal customer till now but the poor customer service I have received it's starting to feel like I have been ****med.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the poor customer service I have experienced regarding my recent order (Order Number: [insert order number]) placed on March 3rd, 2025. On March 7th, I received a call informing me that my order was being canceled due to a lack of stock. While I understand that inventory issues can arise, I was disappointed that I was not notified sooner. Following this, on March 19th, I provided my bank details to facilitate the processing of my refund. However, as of today, April 11th, 2025, I have yet to receive my refund. Despite my multiple attempts to resolve this issue through both emails and phone calls, I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution. This lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable and has caused me considerable frustration. I believe it is important for a store to uphold a standard of customer service that reflects their brand's values. their values clearly indicated disappointment, *******, reeks of disgust

How the mighty have fallen. Once a premium, exclusive street wear supplier, Shesha has fallen way below the acceptable level. I order an NBA t-shirt online, and boy was I let down. I received the incorrect t shirt. I must be honest , the return and collection process was effortless, but following that ,the after sale service non existent , they completely ghosted me. Since the 08/01/2024 I have had not feedback on the progress of the return/refund/exchange. It's like I am dealing with on of those shady online shops. If there is anyone at Shesha who cares to save this sleeping giant, please receive this complaint and do something about it

Good day , I feel like I have been ****** by a the store . On the 2nd of December I bought shoes online from the store and the delivery ad indicated I should be getting my items between 3 - 5 working days. As I patiently waited to almost two weeks of no communication from the store. I then looked for an alternative to atleast know what is going on with my parcel since I was not able to track it either on their tracking system , I got hold of their whatsapp service number and I communicated my problem, at first they rep**** that my parcel wasn't out for shipment yet and It would be done the next day and what irritates me is that the person I was communicating with promised to make sure they deal with it , mind you I had to use aggression so they can even reply my messages on whatsapp. Mind you I had to end up buying shoes from the other store which I did not plan to cause I needed the shoes for a family Christmas lunch. Later before the month ended I then decided to ask for a refund cause I got tired of following them around including the poor service I was getting , they firstly ignored my message and few days I sent another message since I was ignored they rep**** that my request was already escalated to the finance department and I should email my banking details with a promise that I will get my refund withing 7 working days. We a approaching end of January now and it will be 2 months of them keeping my money and I haven't got anything clear if they gonna help me or not. This has costed me so much pain and I feel like I'm being ****** my hard earned money. I'm out of options currently hence why I came here , a couple of friends recommended that I come to you for help . I hope to get over and done with this matter . Thank you .
