Never again. For 30 days still not received my order, response or tracking number.shesha has failed me. I was a loyal customer till now but the poor customer service I have received it's starting to feel like I have been ****med.
****mers nupay has been ********ly debiting my account after a contract ended 13 months ago with medizone.i have emailed no response,calls are being dropped to make matters worse now they debited two of my accounts.imagine losing R1110.00 every month and due to debit check that I have accepted over 3 years ago I cannot stop nor reverse my money beware of this company. ****mers whiles medizone company it's closed down. Where is my money going?
I have finished my contract with medizone in August but they still deducting my account.went to the to try Nd stop them BT they come with different reference and deducting.i need help this people are now ****ming me.i have try to contact them and asked for statement but nothing 😕

Hello 6 years ago I got into debt counseling with debt busters and they promised that after finishing paying all my debts they will clear my name within 21 days. Now it's three months and I'm still under debt review. I find my self running around looking for paid up letters so I can be cleared, what's frustrating is that I paid for all this services but no one cares I'm the one doing the follow ups.
Hi I'm Gloria five years ago standard bank informed me that I have an outstanding balance on my current as I left the account open. I didn't understand as I knew I closed the account. It reflected badly on my name so I decided to settle the account last month now I need the paid up letter from them so I can clear my name and I'm being send from pillar to post. I have been transferred from debtreview, recovery, collection and the bank it's self now I'm told the account it's with MBD lawyers and there not even helpful in the matter. I paid the money into standard bank as I was instructed by the standard bank now the say they can't trace the money. I'm very frustrated help me.
