Webafrica is an absolute disgrace. They are trying to ***** R1000 from me for a “return cancellation fee” that was never agreed to, signed, or part of my contract. I returned the router in perfect condition, and I have proof via a waybill that the courier collected it. Yet, they have the audacity to claim they never received it and now want to charge me another R1000 on top. I have contacted them multiple times, and every single time I get the same useless, lazy, unhelpful responses. This is blatant dishonesty, and their lack of accountability is staggering. They clearly think customers are stupid and helpless. Do NOT trust this company. Webafrica’s service is shockingly unprofessional, their billing is dishonest, and their customer support is completely useless. If you value your money or your sanity, stay far away from Webafrica.
I would never recommend this company for new moms trying to claim. It’s easier to go into the labour department. Once they have your money they don’t get back to you regarding your claim. My son was born in January and it’s April now and yet no payment has been received. Once they receive your money they don’t care. This is the worse company I’ve come across regarding their service. I thought it would make things easier but wow definitely not a reputable company you will waste your money and time!!!!
