I had a truworths account back in 2021 and my account was handed over to Noco trading in 2022 due to the unsettled account via truworths. The amount I was supposed to settle was intially R950.00 but Noco trading informed me that I was supposed to pay R1950.00 of which I did on 8th August 2023 . They did not provide me with a suitable reason why I should pay more than the initial amount. I have sent communications to the said company since 2022 until today and they did not provide me with a paid up letter to remove my name from the black list. The communications from noco trading was so unprofessional one female consultant ignored ,covering the speaker blatantly after she heard my enquiry as did the other consultants previously.
