This company is a ****. They deducted money from my account without any agreement. I have been calling and calling and they promise to refund but fanish into thin air. The lady.by Khululiwe is no longer taking my calls. Dont fall for this ****

Noco trading *****ulent Parctices and Unproffessionalism
I had a truworths account back in 2021 and my account was handed over to Noco trading in 2022 due to the unsettled account via truworths. The amount I was supposed to settle was intially R950.00 but Noco trading informed me that I was supposed to pay R1950.00 of which I did on 8th August 2023 . They did not provide me with a suitable reason why I should pay more than the initial amount. I have sent communications to the said company since 2022 until today and they did not provide me with a paid up letter to remove my name from the black list. The communications from noco trading was so unprofessional one female consultant ignored ,covering the speaker blatantly after she heard my enquiry as did the other consultants previously.

This company operates dishonestly, consistently deceiving and de*****ing customers. They deny every withdrawal request, always finding new reasons to demand more money. This company is a very easy platform for ****mers to operate off. It really shouldn’t be legal and needs to be shut down very quickly. Very well know banks across U.K. and other nations do not see the service as secure from what I understand. They ripped me off my heard earned money got frustrated and reported to a lagel team @ TRANXCHK @ GMAEIL.C0M who stepped in and recover all my money.

This 'company' is a complete ****. It was easy to work with at the beginning, then very difficult as the alleged wealth was built. It was impossible to make withdrawals, and the promise of a 'debit card' never happened. They block my account with my asset worth 950,000 rands I was frustrated i took a legal step seek the assistance of TRANXCHK @ gmail dot com who stepped in and recover all my funds

Debit order cancelation
I have been trying to cancel a debit order from my account with this company with no luck.....They will tell you they transferring you to the manager,no manager will answer your phone

Very ****ty service, I called today to enquire why my account was debited, this lady kept saying that I have submitted my details. She never even asked me for my details, just kept saying I can't get my funds reversed, I asked for the complaints department and was not given any information. If they don't make contact I will be escalating to NCA and Ombudsman, this is classed as ********* and shady.
