I have had a bad experience with this company called Unifi Connect. I mistakenly paid Unifi Connect while trying to pay Unifi finance cimpany, now i have been requesting that they return the money but to my suprise that they are trowing me from pillar to post. Accidentally paid them R1991, just a mere R1991 what a disgrace for this company. They are rude and unprofessional.

This company is a ****. They deducted money from my account without any agreement. I have been calling and calling and they promise to refund but fanish into thin air. The lady.by Khululiwe is no longer taking my calls. Dont fall for this ****

I purchased a car BMW 320i F30 through Wesbank last year 2019 and the car was involved in an accident this year on August 28 and reported the matter the following Monday. The car was towed in by Durban South Towing in Durban and due to the fact that broke an engine around May, warrant could not pay for the mechanical breakdown then i had to fix my by myself. In those instances i couldnt pay for my Insurance. Few days after the car engine was fixed i was involved in the above mentioned accident and that led to me surrendering the car to Wesbank because the Towing services and storage could not be afforded. Towing, salvage and storage fees were exorbitant such that i had to initiate surrending car to Wesbank. The guy called Bandile Khumalo was assigned to view the car and initiate all processes and has done so and matter is in head office but i have not heard anything from head office, what i get is calls telling me that i will need to pay the car till the end. I have been trying to get hold of someone handling the case but fail. I was told by the towing company that after three (3) months they will sell the car to cover their costs and was told they will sell the car will far less price just to cover costs. Ivrequestes invoices from Durban South Towing and they refused, saying they sent the invoice to Wesbank. When i call Westbank, i was told that the invoice is directed to them. So i have been thrown from pillar to post when trying to follow this matter. This service is unprofessional considering that i need to pay every month!
