Absolutely terrible service received from the Team Leaders of the service team, there was a mistake made on my policy and I was debited the incorrect amount on my first month. Not only did they take off the R160 admin fee which was meant to be reduced after completing the Debi check. But they also debited a higher premium. It took me 2 weeks to get my refund on the R160 amount and it is now the 15th of December and I am still waiting for feedback regarding the other error made on my policy (I opened my policy in October). Continuously being told they will get back to me. But just empty promises. Would not recommend them, super friendly and helpful signing up, but once you have a policy with them customer service doesn't exist.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Delays with electricity token coming through. Email helpline or call helpline you end up just wasting your time. Time frames given are total nonsense. Bought electricity on the 1st Aug, now MIGHT receive it on the 3rd.
