Awesome, exceptional customer service

I've always been weary to deal with online retailers, but my experience with this company has changed my perception.The service i received was awesome . The turnaround time from enquiry, quotation, and delivery was amazing, The after sales service , exceptional. I purchased a laptop from them on 21 Feb, and received it in perfect working condition on 24 Feb( weekend in between). However i did not have immediate use for it and stored it for almost a month before touching it again. And then it would not switch on.I suspected the charger, and alerted Phillip, the guy who assisted me with the sale. He immediately offered to give me another charger , which unfortunately also did not help the situation. Phillip again arranged to collect the device and test it, and on opening they found it was water damaged ( i later discovered it was from where i had stored it, the place had damp🤦‍♀️) The company , to my utmost suprise and gratitude offered to replace the device , Replacement device was delivered and its in perfect working condition, For an online retailer , who could have just sold me a device and move on , the company not only came to the party but exceeded all our expectation.
