Professional, Trustworthy, and Exceptional Service I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a laptop from Techrestored, and I am pleased to commend the company for its outstanding level of service. TECH RESTORED IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!
Tech Restored is the absolute best!!! that is not an overstatement. I purchased a MacBook Pro 2015 from them about 3 weeks ago and delivery was crazy fast, I received laptop in 2 working days after purchase. Laptop was well packaged and protected. I loved that on the website they give clear details and specs of the laptop so I was not surprise when I noticed some very minor scratches on the exterior but the system it's self was beautiful and fast. All the specs were exactly as stated on the website. After using the laptop for a while I noticed a green screen issue occurred after using laptop for a while and I reached out to their support on WhatsApp. I was very impressed with their speed reply and willingness to help me with this issue. They arranged to get laptop pickup again which was done 'SAME DAY! and at first they thought it was a LCD issue so they fixed it but after receiving the laptop again the second time the green screen issue persisted and so they replaced the whole motherboard and gpu and "gave me a new battery" as the laptop I purchased originally was state on the website that it didn't have a new battery hence why the cheaper price. I have now basically received a newer motherboard, gpu and battery all together! and no extra cost! All this to say that I would highly recommend Tech Restored to everyone looking to get good tech at an affordable price but more importantly with a company that is Guaranteed to give you constant support long after the purchase is made. This company truly lives and operates by their values which is very rarely seen with most companies. I am absolutely grateful to have made my purchase with Tech Restored! PS: I am so satisfied with my experience that I took the time to give them with review on multiple review sites.

Awesome, exceptional customer service
I've always been weary to deal with online retailers, but my experience with this company has changed my perception.The service i received was awesome . The turnaround time from enquiry, quotation, and delivery was amazing, The after sales service , exceptional. I purchased a laptop from them on 21 Feb, and received it in perfect working condition on 24 Feb( weekend in between). However i did not have immediate use for it and stored it for almost a month before touching it again. And then it would not switch on.I suspected the charger, and alerted Phillip, the guy who assisted me with the sale. He immediately offered to give me another charger , which unfortunately also did not help the situation. Phillip again arranged to collect the device and test it, and on opening they found it was water damaged ( i later discovered it was from where i had stored it, the place had damp🤦♀️) The company , to my utmost suprise and gratitude offered to replace the device , Replacement device was delivered and its in perfect working condition, For an online retailer , who could have just sold me a device and move on , the company not only came to the party but exceeded all our expectation. Awesome, exceptional customer service

Tech Restored..... Restored my faith in Tech!
As most people know I was an IT guy but sustained a brain injury and have short term memory issues preventing me from working. I don't know what I still can or can't do so I wanted to restudy what I am already qualified in. I contacted Tech Restored about the possibility of being given a disability discount on a laptop. The guys of Tech Restored GIFTED me with a laptop. Any business that will assist a mentally disabled person that has had no prior dealings with them is a business I would recommend to anyone. Thanks to Tech Restored and their team I feel I am one step closer to becoming part of society again.

I don't know what I still can or can't do so I wanted to restudy what I am already qualified in. I contacted Tech Restored about the possibility of being given a disability discount on a laptop. The guys of Tech Restored GIFTED me with a laptop. Any business that will assist a mentally disabled person that has had no prior dealings with them is a business I would recommend to anyone. Thanks to Tech Restored and their team I feel I am one step closer to becoming part of society again.

THE COMPUTER WAS DELIVERED AT 08:00
WHAT A PLEASURE IT WAS TO COMMUNICATE AND DEAL WTIH THE STAFF AT TECHRESTORED, BRYANSTON. I SENT THEM AN EMAIL WITH THE SPECS FOR A RESTORED COMPUTER, ASKING IF THEY COULD SUPPLY ONE. I HAD A MOST PROFESSIONAL REPLY THE SAME DAY RE WHAT THEY COULD DO FOR ME. I REQUESTED A QUOTATION THE NEXT MORNING , WHICH WAS AGAIN RECEIVED ON THE SAME DAY AGAINST WHICH THE PAYMENT WAS MADE BY MYSELF ON THE SAME DAY. 42 HOURS LATER THE COMPUTER WAS DELIVERD AT 08:00. UNFORUNATELY, "MURPHY'S LAW", THE CABLE DID NOT WORK BUT REPLACEMENT WAS DELIVERED AT THE NEXT DAY. 08:00 = SERVICE +++. THANK YOU GUYS FOR YOUR ADVICE , SUPPORT AND GREAT SERVICE!
