Stay away from telkom!
customer service sucks! I want to cancel one email address on my account. 10210 doesn't work calling from my mtn phone. As usual telkom SUCKS

Standard bank SA, poor assistance on student loan interest payments!
I am paying my daughter's interest on her study loan. She is in her last year to get her degree. I lost my job in December and I am expanding my own business which was a sideline since 2000. All I ask for was a payment holiday to help me get back on my feet. According to the person that called me back, they don't have that option on interest payment, only when repaying the loan. You were eager to give me a student load with 15% interest (which is quite high for a student load) but now that I need your help, you are full of excuses? Very dissapointed in Standard Bank SA, you use to be a leading brand... I doubt that very much.

TakeAlot is not what it use to be.... Avoid buying from them.
TakeAlot use to be easy to shop, no question asked when items are returned within 30 days of becoming faulty. I returned my p40lite phone because it doesn't want to run certain apps, and I got it out of the box with a hairline crack on the screen. They declined it. I phoned them and they escalated it to the returns dept. It is now day 3 and I have heard nothing from them. TakeAlot, my return ref is: MRRN-O6P4K-YRDY

Stay away from new huawei phones without android OS.
Never ever buy a new huawei phone that doesnt have android OS, that will be the p40lite and newer. It doesn't support tap and pay in SA, apps are not working, Its a struggle from the beginning to setup this phone, and this coming from and IT professional. Terrible product Huawei!

Stay away from luno.com
I have been informed that my account is going to be close for no reason after trading on the platform for many years. Unfortunately the warning emails landed in my spam folder. I have been struggling weeks now to get my crypto paid back into my sa bank I have always used, more than no R100 000i got one response saying they are investigating it. All I did was check in now and then on the app what's the worth. Luno I am not going to stop.

Incredible connection - Terrible service
I bought a printer online and receveived an email and I quote "Your order has been signed, sealed - and will be ready for delivery ASAP! Orders which contain two items or more may be delivered in separate shipments". Two days afterwards someone from the store called me to tell me their out of stock and the branch manager will be in contact to resolve the issue. So far no one has contacted me for a refund or anything. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
