Monies collected on canceled account. No service but monies collected
I started my relationship.with ADT in 2023. This year I decided to cancel my contract with ADT. I was informed about a cancelation fee which I was happy to pay so that our relationship would end. To my dismay my account was canceled as I called in yesterday and spoke to three different agents as I was trying to get them to put me through to Jo-aan in the credit control department who helped to to cancel this account. This couldn't happen as her phone just rang. Emails were sent by all the ladies as I disputed the fact that my account was canceled yet the debicheck is still active and taking off,R370.00 from my account. Also the Max amount is R 10 000. This would imply that as much as this account was canceled ADT was still collecting funds from me. I am really disappointed and I would like to make other clients aware of this.

INTEGRISURE NO INTEGRITY
We are insured with Integrisure for our two cars. My hubby was in an accident on (1/10/20) and his car was towed to a contracted panelbeaters(REFLEX PANELBEATEReS) the car was sc****d and the insurer didnt inform us when releasing the car whilst were at work. REFLEX PANELBEATERS contracted EASY TOWING. EASY TOWING's driver drove through my garage gate ripping it out of the wall. The TOW TRUCK was asked to wait but instead of waiting he reversed into the half opened gate, he got stuck and instead of stopping he ramped the entire gate off. the gate fell onto the car that he was to deliver on that day(8/10/20). The driver helped my son(teenager) and helper pick up the gate and put it against the wall. Said to my son you can fix it. Got into his tow truck and left. My teenage son also had to sign receit of this car after all of this happened . Integrisure was informed verbally and with photographs of the damage and they refererred us to REFLEXT. REFLEX in turn referred us to EASY TOWING. Iv endured insults from the owner of easy towing but to this day no one has come to my aid. My INSURER contracted these people and I don't understand why I'm dealing with these people as these people are associated to my insure. The INTEGRISURE paid out the accident but my question who is liable for the new damage to the car and my garage gate. These contractors who damaged my property are contracted to my insurer surely they need to deal with the people they contract. I would not have had any dealing with the above mentioned contractors had I not been insured by INTEGRISURE. I am very disappointed and disillusioned by my insurer INTEGRISURE.
