Excellent service and great work done!!
To the owner Carlos and his team thank you for your great service! The car looks excellent I would never say that it has even been in an accident looking at the photos then and now I can only say WOW thank you!! I would recommend you to anyone who needs a panel beater in future. You guys are GREAT!!

WORST PANELBEATERS
My car went in to get the back door fixed, when I received my car back it was idling high and not driving properly. when my husband open my cars bonnet he found that they washed my engine, and everyone knows it is not a good idea washing an Engine, it will give you problems with the sensors. I phoned Reflex asked them what's going on what did they do with my car, they advise me my car was like that when I brought it in.. I advised them it was not like that, they washed my Engine causing the problem. So they say the never washed the Engine only wiped it off? How can my car give me problrm for just wiping it off??? They then advised me they did a diagnostic when my car came in and when it went out. I requested those Diagnostics to so where the problem is, found out the never did the diagnostic when my car went in, only did it hours before i came to pick up my car. Why advised me you did a diagnostic BEFORE working on it, but diagnostic shows you did it few hours before car was collected. When I asked them why wash my Engine if my car came in to fix the Door they STATED Company POLICY. Reflex is the only one who washed my cars Engine causing my cars problem, now they say they only wiped it down. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST REFLEX. RATHER TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHER ELSE, IT WILL SAVE YOU A LOT OF TIME AND MONEY. P.S THET CHARGED ME ROUND ABOUT R15 000 TO FIX A DENT IN THE BACK DOOR, AND NOW THEY LEFT ME WITH ANOTHER R10 000 TO FIX ALL MY SENSORS IN THE ENGINE. PLEASE DONT GO TO REFLEX PANELBEATERS IN WADEVILLE GERMISTON !!!!!!!!!

WORST PANELBEATERS

Great job, Best service, friendly staff, reasonable prices, my car looks brand new after they fixed the bumper for me, they exceeded my expectations. Reflex panelbeaters Wadeville, trust me you can never go wrong. Excellent service

Great Service & Workmanship
Great workmanship. They keep me updated of the repairs. Even when there were difficult in obtaining the parts, they kept me informed. There were minor issues with wipers and sensors, they took their time to investigate and resolve all issues. Their friendliness and always makes you feel like their most valuable customer. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

Fantastic Services
A very Big up to Big Carlos and his team, after my Car was involved in an accident some years ago using MiWay insurance. One of the MiWay team referred and book my car with Reflex Panelbeaters and my car was fixed. Some weeks back my car was booked with one of the panelbeater at Lens with the worse service ever. I was treated unfairly, they kept postponing my booking , treating me like am even using incompetent insurance which I must berg for their service. Breaking into tears in front of them, took out my phone check if I still have Relex Panelbeater which I still have. I called Refex and they adviced me to bring my car in, I drove to them and they just make one call to MiWay informing them about one of their client with a Car that need to be booked in and that's it. There were not judgemental and acted so professional on my case with so much hope on there faces. Thank you Big Carlos with your Team, am saying these from deep of my heart. Thank you
