Words are not enough to express my happiness with the shoes I bought from TSL, super efficient service, super quick delivery, not to mention the quality of my shoes, out of this world ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. The service level at supersonic is so poor that even the managers do not attend or care about customer queries, I have since logged a query regarding a billing date that is incorrect but still have not been assisted, even spoke to team leader Raynolds who promised to assist but still did nothing. They are so quick to debit money on an incorrect date but when you query, they do not help. Wasted a lot of money calling them but still no help.
I would like to say thank you to Ntokozo from Innovation Group for the great service he gave me today and he was offering me a warranty plan; he explained everything in a very good manner and also gave me time to ask questions and answered my questions with respect. Great job Ntokozo keep up!!!!!
I am so ****ed with the service I am getting from King Price; my car is at the panel beater but whenever they are supposed to give authorization, they take their precious time, and this is hindering a process of fixing my car. It's as if they are doing this purposely. The panel beater was prepared to give me the car as soon as they can but King Price so quick to take our Premiums but take their precious time in giving authorization so the work can continue and get done. They do not even care that at this point I struggle to even get to work, the area I live in requires me to have a car but guess what I am not important anymore to them since its time to fix.
I settled my Nedbank Credit Card in full on the 27th of November 2024, I called in and spoke to Thuli at credit Card Collections and asked her to close the account and send me a paid-up letter, but she didn't'. I called again on the 29 November spoke to another guy but still did not get my paid-up letter and account still not closed as per request. This morning, I called and spoke to Trevor from Credit Card Collections who just decided to be sarcastic and hang up the call. I do not understand why I cannot get this account closed and get my paid-up letter. The next thing they will expect me to pay all charges that are busy accumulating on the account, yet I gave a clear instruction to close.
My husband and I went to TELKOM EASTGATE on the 24th of October 2024 to get a home router. A guy named Tshepo Maluleke assisted us, he then requested that we make a payment of R700 which we paid on the same day. This guy promised to call us back as soon as the payment reflects, which he said was going to be the next day Friday the 25th October as we made an immediate payment, we waited for his call on Friday he did not call, Saturday we went to the shop again because we really needed to use the Wi-Fi and he said the payment has still not reflected he will call us definitely on Monday. This guy did not bother calling us to even give us an update regarding the progress on this matter until we decided to go again to the shop on Tuesday the 29th October in the afternoon when we knocked off at work to ask them to cancel everything and refund us our money. This shop has a landline which they never even bother to answer when you call. There is no sense of urgency in that shop, the staff is very unprofessional. The manager Lutendo Mulaudzi claims they cannot answer calls because they route to the call center yet I called Sandton store they answered my call in seconds, and they told me Eastgate never answer the calls. The only thing the cared about was making us pay for a service we did not even receive. Right now we paid for the services which we did not even receive they still could not refund us our money so we can go purchase a service somewhere better. They costed us money and time doing the up and down to the store about the progress of this matter yet they have a landline which they are not willing to answer.
I called king price this morning at 9am regarding my windscreen , they said that the replacement of my windscreen will depend on how quick i take to pay the excess fee, they said they were going to send me the link to pay but i did not receive it, made a follow up on whatsapp the consultant said it will be sent but nothing received. i decided now to call but guess what, Viictor transferred me to someone where i stayed on hold until i ran out of airtime and now this gives me a huge frustration as i want my widscreen sorted asap. When you cut they do not even bother calling you back.
I am really unhappy, on the 19 July 24 I joined cartrack hoping for the best service, I was told installation is free, and the monthly premium is R219, to my surprise I got debited an amount of R320 yet the Technician who installed told me i will only be debited the Pro rata fee which will be less than R219 since its almost month end. I called in today to find out why was I over debited and I spoke to a very rude guy named Simphiwe Ngcobo in the accounts department who then decided to transfer me to client services and at client services they told me they do not know why he transferred me there.
I took a service plan with Toyota, when it ended I received a call from Toyota to extend my policy only to find they were giving me a new policy which is under standard yet I have specified i do not want a new policy or a 3rd party policy i want a policy with Toyota genuine they said yes but when documents came they were written standard bank, I called them asking them to cancel but they didn't insted they keep debiting my account.
I am really unhappy with the service received at Netstar. I have been paying Netstar via debit order monthly. They suddenly decided that they will not debit me last month without any explaining, and the next thing when the account fell into arrears they then harassed me with calls, messages and emails saying i am in arrears. I decided to pay them on Friday and send them the proof, this morning a stupid lady from Netstar called me at 7 in the morning claiming my account is on arrears even when i told her i paid she insisted. Their service throughout my 3 years insured with them was really terrible and I am glad i moved to a better company and canceled them because i can not tolerate this nonsense service.
