WORST PANELBEATERS

My car went in to get the back door fixed, when I received my car back it was idling high and not driving properly. when my husband open my cars bonnet he found that they washed my engine, and everyone knows it is not a good idea washing an Engine, it will give you problems with the sensors. I phoned Reflex asked them what's going on what did they do with my car, they advise me my car was like that when I brought it in.. I advised them it was not like that, they washed my Engine causing the problem. So they say the never washed the Engine only wiped it off? How can my car give me problrm for just wiping it off??? They then advised me they did a diagnostic when my car came in and when it went out. I requested those Diagnostics to so where the problem is, found out the never did the diagnostic when my car went in, only did it hours before i came to pick up my car.

Why advised me you did a diagnostic BEFORE working on it, but diagnostic shows you did it few hours before car was collected. When I asked them why wash my Engine if my car came in to fix the Door they STATED Company POLICY. Reflex is the only one who washed my cars Engine causing my cars problem, now they say they only wiped it down.

PLEASE DO NOT TRUST REFLEX. RATHER TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHER ELSE, IT WILL SAVE YOU A LOT OF TIME AND MONEY.

P.S THET CHARGED ME ROUND ABOUT R15 000 TO FIX A DENT IN THE BACK DOOR, AND NOW THEY LEFT ME WITH ANOTHER R10 000 TO FIX ALL MY SENSORS IN THE ENGINE.
