Professional, Trustworthy, and Exceptional Service I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a laptop from Techrestored, and I am pleased to commend the company for its outstanding level of service. As this was an online purchase, I initially approached the transaction with a degree of skepticism. I signed up with Telkom openserve on the 27th of November and was give a free 1-month trial. I was contacted in early December and at this point I signed up for their contract. Furthermore, I was told that if I did this early it wouldn't affect my service, this was done on the 17th of December. However, on the 27th of December, the Wi-Fi and internet service stopped. When I called, I was told that everything was on their system and they just waiting for technical department to activate my services. It is now 11 day later and i still dont have service. i tried getting hold of customer care but keep getting pushed over to another department. On Friday 3rd January I received a call and was asked for some details including the B number. The agent assured e then that everything was correct on their system and they just awaiting the technical department to activate the line. This morning I called again only to be told that the B number that I was given belongs to someone else. I was given a new B number and told the matter will be expedited. After numerous email and hours spent on the phone nothing has been sorted and i am yet to hear from their customer care. tried quering my order on their website but whenyou click on the tab it says page not available.
I appointed Lungi Ngcobo to place a tenant in my property all the relevant paper work was sent to me however after doing some of my own checks I found that everything that I was sent was all *****ulent. Bank statements, payslips TPN Credit report was all manufactured. Stay Away from this agent. She is based in Midrand , Johannesburg.
