I have been waiting 4 months for a CPU that I ordered, and currently have an open ***** case with both FNB and SAPS against Computronix. They do not answer their calls or emails, and the few times they did answer, they continuously **** that my item had been handed to the couriers but that they "could not tell me which courier they are using or give me a tracking number".
Absolutely abhorrent service. There prices are really good, but you are better off spending more at reputable businesses. I was consistently **** to about the status of my order, and the few separate times that I was told that my order had been dispatched and would arrive before 5pm that day, they couldn't tell me who the courier was or give me a tracking number. They never answer their phones, and after trying to phone enough, the line will just be permanently engaged. Disgusting and shameful honestly.
