They WILL ***** your money! I ordered a Hisense HS5100 soundbar and Hisense 85 Inch Q6N Smart 4K UHD QLED TV with on 06/06/2025 until today has not been delivered. The refund I requested has also never happened. I also opened a case with the Consumer Goods & Services not received with Bank . AVOID at all costs!!! has not been delivered. I have been waiting 4 months for a CPU that I ordered, and currently have an open ***** case with both FNB and SAPS against Computronix. They do not answer their calls or emails, and the few times they did answer, they continuously **** that my item had been handed to the couriers but that they "could not tell me which courier they are using or give me a tracking number".

I've ordered a Dri Buddy from Computronix on the 27th of June 2025 and to date I have not heard from them. The contact number on their website does not work and neither do they respond to their emails.

I'm deeply disappointed because I bought all the parts for my new PC from this site. And 6 days later the order is still stuck on "processing" with absolutely no sign of progress or news.. They don't even answer emails, chats, or voice calls. But I will be gracious enough to give them another 3 week days before initiating a chargeback and getting my money back from these ********s. from ************* snakes masquerading as legit shops. I shall collect my invoice/receipt and order confirmation, screenshots of the order status still showing processing, the date of order, screenshot of their shipping policy, records of emails sent asking them for updates that were completely ignored, and screenshots of the transaction from my bank, including sms and email confirmation of payment. I shall then contact my bank to start a dispute for non-delivery thanks to the 3D secure feature used on the card, and after all that I shall fill out the Card Dispute Form and include all relevant details, I then sign and return the form. My bank will then open a case and investigate, may even provisionally credit my account, and if they agree the case is valid, they will initiate a full chargeback, even if it takes 2 to 6 weeks, at least you'll klnow you're getting your money back from the clutches of these snakes. My advice for this site: be very very EXTREMELY careful. So much points to the fact they cannot be trusted. Your bank might be your biggest ally after trying out a shop such as this.

I have reported this business to my bank for *****ulent activity to try to recover the funds. The products sold on their website are a work of fiction. They have no intention to fulfil orders once payment is received because they do not have the products, and they are not approved retailers of any brands.

Been waiting since 23 April when I paid for my chest freezer for it to be delivered. Confirmed receipt of our payment and deliverg address with the customer care agent telephonically and via email 3 days later, but have since received no response to any of our communication attempts. Feels like a ****!
