Misleading information
I'm highly upset with this company. I contacted Platinum Reports SA in March 2025. The consultant I spoke to explained I need to pay R7500 in order for the debt review status to be removed from my name. I then paid 5 installments of R1500 each. My last installment was end of July 2025. They then explained it will take 60 days for the flag to be removed from my name. Ever since the last payment I just dont get hold of them. Just to get hold of a WhatsApp number and I then asked how far my application is. They now want me to pay an admin fee which was never part of the settlement. Guys please be careful these people are *****ing us over. I'm taking them to the ombuds.

I've ordered a Dri Buddy from Computronix on the 27th of June 2025 and to date I have not heard from them. The contact number on their website does not work and neither do they respond to their emails.

Useless Service Provider
I've upgraded my rooter to the 5G rooter end of October 2024 and requested that my old rooter be terminated which is logical. From November 2024 until February 2025 2 installments were deducted monthly after which I constantly got in contact with rain to get the old rooter terminated. This never took place. Last week Wednesday the 05.02.2025 I spoke to a consultant and he confirmed via email that my funds will be repaid within 5 working day and the old rooter will be terminated. Up until now neither of this happened. When I phoned earlier today the consultant I spoke to now said it will take 7 - 10 working days for the refund to be paid but the termination of the old rooter has not even been terminated yet. This is such poor service. You never have the opportunity to speak to a manager and the consultants are just plain useless.
