I feel much better about them
After my last bad experience with Peach Payments, they reached out to me after a while to not apologise as such but they admitted I was right and asured me they will investigate the matter at hand. They did an investigation and found the merchant guilty of ***** and thus suspended them on July 7th. I commend them for their trust in me even if it was rocky at first and I honour both their integrity and true character .

Garbage company
I took a lot of time, many hours, to very carefully and meticulously craft a professional email to send to the ***** department of Paystack, with the email including heaps of proof and concrete evidence of a website using Paystack to ***** money from unsuspecting people thinking they're ordering real products from a **** website pretending to be a store amd only pretending to sell products but not really sending/sjipping anything. And I was one of those unfortunate victims wjo fell for the **** site. And guess what? All they told me about my transaction was "the money went went through and reflected properly" which is just another way of them saying "we provided the payment service, if you were ****med it is not our problem, so get lost". They wouldn't even take my email seriously, read everything fully, and investigate the ***** like they're required to buy law! That is clear as day! And then they should have suspended the *****ster abusing the Paystack system and refundd the ****** fins, but no! I am speechless, I cannot fathom that this company would not properly investigate this merchant for ***** of which I have a LOT of proof! Absolutely pathetic ocmpany! Thanks to you I lost over $ 5650 that I will never get back!

Free money machine
They are refusing to do anything about a case where a website is pretending to sell expensive products but not actually dispensing and sending the items to the customers. So basically Peach is fine with being a free money machine for *****sters!

Be EXTREMELY careful!
I'm deeply disappointed because I bought all the parts for my new PC from this site. And 6 days later the order is still stuck on "processing" with absolutely no sign of progress or news.. They don't even answer emails, chats, or voice calls. But I will be gracious enough to give them another 3 week days before initiating a chargeback and getting my money back from these ********s. from ************* snakes masquerading as legit shops. I shall collect my invoice/receipt and order confirmation, screenshots of the order status still showing processing, the date of order, screenshot of their shipping policy, records of emails sent asking them for updates that were completely ignored, and screenshots of the transaction from my bank, including sms and email confirmation of payment. I shall then contact my bank to start a dispute for non-delivery thanks to the 3D secure feature used on the card, and after all that I shall fill out the Card Dispute Form and include all relevant details, I then sign and return the form. My bank will then open a case and investigate, may even provisionally credit my account, and if they agree the case is valid, they will initiate a full chargeback, even if it takes 2 to 6 weeks, at least you'll klnow you're getting your money back from the clutches of these snakes. My advice for this site: be very very EXTREMELY careful. So much points to the fact they cannot be trusted. Your bank might be your biggest ally after trying out a shop such as this.

STAY AWAY!
Absolute ****, lost a lot of money buying appliances that never arrived. They don't answer your chats, don't answer their phone, and simply **** about the delivery date; it is now 3 weeks later than the delivery date they gave and there is no recourse.

The delivery took an extremely long time but their staff was helpful even if they couldn't identify why it took so long.
