Been waiting since 23 April when I paid for my chest freezer for it to be delivered. Confirmed receipt of our payment and deliverg address with the customer care agent telephonically and via email 3 days later, but have since received no response to any of our communication attempts. Feels like a ****!
So despite having my order delivered a day late (after a phone call to the Woollies call centre), there were, sadly, still issues 1) The lettuce was on BB date 3/3/2022 giving me 24 hours to consume an entire head of it before spoiling. Not acceptable 2) The combo buy that I ordered included 2kg salad to go with the above-mentioned head of lettuce. Instead I received a big bag of sweet potatoes?????????? I am struggling to be positive here – this service does not do any justice to your brand. Let me also mention that this is not my first online order - the previous order was incomplete without explanation or recompense.
I applied for a cell contract in May of last year and the order was duplicated by Cell C in error - I have since then been struggling to get them to collect the duplicate phone and cancel the extra contract. My calls and email complaints fall on deaf ears, and when I do get through to their inept call centre I get sent from pillar to post and yet no-one seems capable of assisting me. I have just held the line for 46 minutes!!!!!!! I am at my wit's end with this situation and now my credit record is being impaired due to their incompetence. This is not acceptable behaviour Cell C.
