I want my R4 000 back!!!!!
I requested a refund on the 26March 2025 and it’s 22 July 2025 and I still haven’t got my money it’s four months now and I spoke to my bank they made an investigation and the was no money in my account that was paid from walletdoc which is your pay master the proof of payment that warren from walletdoc send me the RRN number is invalid my bank couldn’t even trace it as for the proof that I haven’t gotten my money my bank statement should be proof enough I need my money back or else I’ll take this further and report it to the relevant authorities like I said I want my R4000 back!!!

I am extremely frustrated with the lack of resolution regarding my refund request. On March 25, 2025, I deposited R4000 for online bidding, and when I lost the bid, I promptly requested a refund on March 26, 2025. I received a message confirming that my refund had been processed, yet it has now been over 10 business days, and I have not seen any sign of this refund in my account. It is unacceptable that I did not provide an account number for the refund to be processed, and I am left in limbo without my money.

Hi I on the 25th of march 2025 I deposited R4000 for online bidding and then I lost the bid, then on the 26th of March 2025 I requested a refund on the website then immediately received a message on what’s from webuycars saying: “ Hello Kagiso Marvel Mbowane , Great news! Your refund has been successfully processed. 🎉 Here’s what to expect: • Credit/debit card refunds: It may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account. • EFT refunds: It may take up to 72 hours to reflect in your account. WeBuyCars ” Mind you I didn’t even submit any account number to webuycars for the refund so 10 days passed and I haven’t received my R4000 refund.
