Stay away from herotel terribly poor connection and always crashing. When you connect the technical department no help whatsoever from them.
Withdrawal was requested from yesplay but unsuccessful sent them emails they do not reply. Text on the live chat with no joy.do yourself a favour and stay away from yesplay
My colleague went to make a cash deposit at a capitec atm and unfortunately entered the wrong account number, and the money went into someone's account who's unknown to us .we then immediately went to the capitec branch where are atm is situated to notify the bank about the error and was told that it would take 24 hours to give me feedback about the incident and was given a incident reference number. About an hour and a half later I received a sms from Capitec saying that my deposit dispute claim has been rejected and the deposit was successful. Which to me was that the bank didn't really do much or anything to recover my money from who's account it went into. Called Capitec ***** department and no help from them either. I feel the person whom received my money should have been questioned with some security questions eg who made the payment into their account and from where and so forth. But nothing was done by Capitec Bank, totally disappointed with their service and conduct. Would Not recommend Capitec to anyone.
