Unethical Business

<p>We veiwed a property listed with this company that was available to rent, on viewing the property to told the agent Carl that we would like to take to property and that we shall send him all the neccessary paperwork, He informed us that this should be fine as we where first inline as we where the first to veiw the property.</p> <p> </p> <p>Perperwork sent through an credit check was done without issues along with proof that the deposit funds was immediately available.</p> <p> </p> <p>All of this only to be told that by Marie Landman that the property has been given to another family.</p> <p> </p> <p>Got about lodging a complaint with the estate agency board only to be informed that Marie Landman is not registered with the instituion according to them which i beleive is a requirement of the industry.</p> <p> </p> <p>Needles to say a complaint as been lodged with the board for unethical conduct along with a story submission to DSTVS Carte Blanche</p> <p> </p> <p>I shall never recommend this company to anyone that i know due to their unethical way of running a business</p>
