Unpaid Claims
Once again I am back, another account thats left to die in you system. Ref306540. Patient paid out of there pocket to the dr and nothing happening. We also have unpaid claims, authorized for my Deceased father since September 2024, and no one has made an effort to assist. Also authorizations and he was a PMB patient as well. Which makes the medical aid legally to pay all accounts in full. Now the old reference numbers which I have 94 of, cannot be traced because of the new system. My mom which is 77 years old, is a Sassa pensioner has now received letters of demand on this. Really this is not acceptable.

Non payment of Accounts
I have paid accounts out of my pocket I have submitted this to Sizwe on the 18th Feb 2026. Still no payment made back to me. This is absolutely shocking. Calling them is a waste of time and money. They employ people that cannot help even with a reference number.
