Heartfelt Recommendation – WAMBA THE PLUMBING
Dear Procompare Team, I write this message with a heart full of gratitude, humility, and deep appreciation, compelled to recommend WAMBA THE PLUMBING without hesitation and with the highest regard. Immediately after being referred by Procompare, Wamba The Plumber, responded to my plumbing concern with remarkable urgency, professionalism, and compassion. He contacted me promptly via WhatsApp and followed up with a phone call, a gesture that already spoke volumes about his commitment to service and care for people. My kitchen sink was severely blocked, causing me great distress. Wamba The Plumber was not only willing but fully prepared to come out immediately to assist me, even on short notice. We agreed, however, that he would attend the following morning at 10:00 AM. That night, the worry weighed heavily on my spirit , I could hardly sleep, burdened by the problem and uncer*****y. At dawn, driven by desperation and hope, I made one last attempt. I poured bicarbonate soda, tartaric acid, and Jik, then inserted a hosepipe and allowed water to run. By the grace of God, all the blockage finally released, and everything came out. I immediately called Wamba The Plumber to inform him, only to learn that he was already on his way to my home. I was deeply touched and moved. Here was a man who had already sacrificed his time, fuel, and energy purely out of commitment to helping another human being. Jura Projects not to be be trusted.
I enquired on their website for gate contractors and was given a few. The first never showed up the next said they can't do the job and the 3rd came measure and give me a quote. I expected it and its been 3 months now, no gate and the person has ghosted me after paying him his deposit. I have send Procompare a mail asking for assistance, but looks like they also ghosting me. Not sure how the "vet" there contractors as they claim. Please make sure that when you get a quote from Jura Projects NOT to pay the deposit. You WILL loose your money.
