PROCOMPARE is on to a good thing, My account manager Fezeka has been an absolute superstar and has shown great support to me and my business. I have found the process of subscribing, pausing my subscription, cancelling and re subscribing to be seamless and convenient. The challenge to deal with is seiving out time wasters early on, from the client’s end.
The service from MiWay was speedy, efficient and highly recommendable.
The agent seemed completely tone deaf and ********. He was not able to help at all.
Zero is not possible. Thrice now have I cancelled my policy with budget insurance, yet they continue to debit my account, resulting in penalties from the bank for unavailable funds as I do not budget for it. I have cancelled both telephonically & electronically. Budget needs to settle the penalties I have incurred & not be permitted to operate if they cannot handle a simple cancellation!
I recently received an insurance quote which requires a telematics tracker installation which the insurance company can only have done by Netstar, which is fine. Problem is when Netstar is supposed to install the device they tell me I owed them in 2011 & my account handed over in 2014, this was a shock to me, I have no idea of these arrears. Be that as it may, I request for them to send me the arrears statement, they promised to do so 5 days ago, I am still waiting! I don’t understand, is this even legal?
Smooth claims and approval process. Liked the “notice of disclaimer” option.
Zero is not possible. So after 22 years with MTN, I’ve become a ****, someone who sends airtime to numbers & claim it as *****, thank you MTN for reminding me that I am just a number to you. I was just waiting to see if you people would disrupt my connection 1 more time & you have. You have lost a good subscriber & I will ensure everyone I know and listens to me, will not subscribe to MTN.
Only reason for this rating is zero is not provided for. What an insult these people have been to our lives. They debited our account not only without, but against our authorisation. Despite many attempts to call & resolve the matter, they responded with emails with just a reference number & continued debiting. When we got the bank to reverse, they said “unauthorised debit stoppage”, & no it was not automated responses, it was attended by some human. I would not touch these people with a meter stick-STAY AWAY!
Just that there is no zero option. I have never had such an unpleasant experience with a service provider. They are tracking assets worth big money & their app/device are not functional. This has been an absolute nightmare!
