Bad service and ****mers company

I recently bought a 2 pairs of shoes from Dr. Martine website and I have received the notification from my pay pal that the funds we through, I have also received a receipt . I haven't received any communication regarding my shipping, there is no contact details to find out about my order , I was told that by 3- 5days I will receive the a indication details regarding my shipping details, it has been 7 days now without any communication from Dr Martens South Africa or the distribution company that is responsible from their distribution in South Africa . I was searching for the contact on the internet, and then I have realized that the Dr Martens South Africa have bad reviews and people took long not receiving their order . I am seeking assistance from HelloPeter to assist me to track the Dr Martens headquarters so that this unfortunately soon to be disasters to be addressed by the Dr Martens headquarters urgently because I have used their platform as I have an account to process the purchase as per their instructions. I have attached the email address of that uppers on my PayPal account of the account that is send and the I have send the email to it , I have not receive any reply to my email back from it until right now .
