Wanted to update my phone number on the app just to see that it's no longer in use. Cannot import my pet details on the website because I cannot receive OTP since I no longer have access to the old number. Sent an email, no help. Whatsapp is also useless because the link they provide says site can't be reached. Tried to add it myself and was told the chip number is already in use. How am I suppose to get my pet on my profile??? I am not paying R89 for a real person to help because they decide to discontinue apps and send useless links to update details. Extremely bad service and regret having my pet chipped with a non existing service. Would never ever recommend and advise that you insist your vet to chip with another provider.
