Was very unhappy for the 1st time in a supposedly good hotel,my kids went down to ask to warm up their left over lunch to eat foe super but we're turned away coz the hotel doesn't have microwaves or any sort of warming. Tbis was before 7pm, I called housekeeping to verify and they referred me to Derek the "manager" who also confirmed that they don't have microwaves and that the kitchen is closed and I must go ask at spur, he asked if I had bought food ther and and said some. He then arraged with Spur and tht I must sent the kids down to go warm up ther??really at this point I was really not in the mood to even drag the kids back down and they also didn't feel up to it so we all ate cold supper and was really miserable,how is it that a whole hotel lack such a basic nessecity that you must run around with food begging to heat it??,in a hotel??on holiday???not to mention we booked a "Superior room" as they called it but honestly it was just standard room with a very small bathroom
