Confirmation of payment & reservation confirmation
At this point I'm very frustrated with SafariNow. I made a reservation, paid the deposit fee which was required, sent POP to the email which was provided, yet I still receive emails with updates about a non-payment. You call their care centre number it lands you to an automated recording referring you their provided emails where you don't even get any response. At this point I'm not even sure if this is a **** or what. I need that money back! Ref 16702710
