Worst service ever
Worst service ever. You can call and wait up to 2 hours to speak to someone. Wattsapp you spend at least 2 hours and then they keep on transferring you and in the end you get no help. Trying to cancel the service now and all I get told is the system will not allow me to cancel without paying clawback fees of R1725. And that is after 12 months of horrible fibre from them. Please safe yourself a lot of pain and frustration and don’t get anything from them.

SCAM
SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. We lost R16 298.00. The company does not exist. You pay the money over, they withdraw it and closed the bank account and you never see the product you bought.
